The Great Resignation 

INTRO

This morning suffering from constructing noise, I heard the news that the labour market in the U.S.A is suffering from a shortage of labour. After the covid19, It is quite understandable that people have felt stressed enough in their offices. However, in Korea, getting a job is a priority among many others. So I really wondered what the reason for this phenomenon is and whether this is a good condition for all foreigners to get a job in the U.S.A. 

REASON
 Firstly, #quittalk trend has affected many young people, which is leave the reason why they quit their job online. Even more and more pop stars released songs related to stress in workplaces. It shows how the young generation adopts the working environment seriously as a part of their life quality. They say it is better to rest at home with a subsidy from governments rather than suffer from hardship in the companies, what we call work burnout.

 Another reason is definitely population reduction. Many baby-boom generations faced retirement season; therefore, the shortage of labours is natural. Because the working population is declining, companies need more professions for their business.

SOLUTION
It does not seem like this phenomenon occurred out of the blue, so resolving it is not a piece of cake. Big franchises, such as Macdonald's, Burgerking, and Starbucks, are trying to provide better working conditions to employees, which are flexible work time, paying vacation, higher salaries, and so on. Nevertheless, it seems like it is going to be hard to resolve these problems with moderate solutions. Innovative benefits should be needed for companies in the near future with governments inventions.
